“Brilliant Solutions Engineering & Consulting (BRIS)” is a firm dedicated to research, study and consulting regarding legal, technical and financial aspects of water, energy and environmental management.

Our aim is to promote scientifically robust and sustainable planning and management solutions, resulting in the minimisation of anthropogenic impacts on the environment and the optimisation of the total benefit for the society and economy.

In parallel, our firm provides consulting services on legal, technical and financial issues regarding building and structures, develops relevant plans and studies, and organises the supervision and implementation of recommended technical solutions. Our work is driven by the need for sustainable integration of structures into the environment and reduction of their environmental footprint.
